1. Definitions
"We", "Us", "KKR" refers to Knacky Knight Route (KKR) Education & Tour Service, its branches, agents, and affiliates.
"You", "User" refers to individuals or entities using our services, including students, travelers, agents, partners, and affiliates.
2. General Service Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by KKR, including but not limited to:
Admission Services for online study and study abroad programs.
Tour Services, including bookings, itineraries, and travel logistics.
B2B Partnerships and collaboration with agents, branches, and affiliates.
3. Admission for Educational Programs
3.1. Eligibility and Application Process
To apply for any of our online or study abroad programs, you must provide accurate personal and academic information during the application process.
Admission decisions are made based on the eligibility criteria set by the respective universities or accrediting bodies, which may include submission of educational transcripts, language proficiency tests, and other required documentation.
3.2. Fees and Payments
Application fees, tuition fees, and other related charges must be paid as per the fee schedule outlined in your program details.
We accept payments through multiple methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
3.3. Refund Policy
Refunds for application and tuition fees are governed by our Refund Policy (See Section 10).
3.4. Completion of Studies
The timeline for completing programs depends on your progress and adherence to academic schedules. Fast-track options are available for certain courses.
Upon successful completion, you will receive the relevant certifications or qualifications, accredited by our partner universities or bodies.
4. Study Abroad Services
4.1. Application Process
For study abroad programs, we assist with university applications, visa processing, and travel arrangements.
All required documentation (passport, academic records, etc.) must be submitted promptly to avoid delays in processing.
4.2. Visa Assistance
We offer guidance and support for visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval, as this decision lies solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
4.3. Payment and Cancellation
Payments for study abroad services must be made before the start of the program.
Cancellations may result in fees depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms outlined in your study abroad agreement.
5. Online Study
5.1. Course Access
Once enrolled in our online study programs, you will have access to course materials through our digital platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your devices meet the technical requirements to access these materials.
5.2. Course Completion
Online courses are designed for flexibility, allowing you to study at your own pace. However, deadlines for assignments and exams must be adhered to for successful completion.
You will receive a certificate or diploma upon meeting all course requirements, which may be issued by an accredited body.
5.3. Fees and Refunds
All course fees must be paid before the start of the course. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Tour Services
6.1. Bookings
To book any of our tour services, you must provide accurate travel details, including dates, destination preferences, and any special requirements.
Bookings are subject to availability, and a contract is formed once your booking is confirmed.
6.2. Payments and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before the tour starts.
Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (See Section 11).
6.3. Travel Insurance
We recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
7. B2B Services
7.1. Partnering with KKR
KKR offers B2B services for businesses seeking partnerships in education and travel. We collaborate with universities, travel agencies, and businesses to expand our service offerings.
To become a partner, a formal agreement must be signed outlining the scope of services, fees, and obligations.
7.2. Partner Benefits
Partners gain access to our network of students, travelers, and business clients. We offer competitive commissions, branding opportunities, and shared resources.
7.3. B2B Payments and Commissions
Payment terms for B2B partnerships are specified in individual agreements. Commissions are calculated based on the services provided, referrals made, or programs booked.
8. Agents and Branches
8.1. Becoming an Agent
KKR works with agents to recruit students, promote tour packages, and expand our business presence. Agents are required to follow KKR’s guidelines and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
To become an agent, an agreement must be signed outlining responsibilities, commissions, and confidentiality.
8.2. Branch Operations
KKR operates branches globally to deliver localized services. Branches are managed by dedicated teams and are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as our head office.
8.3. Commission Payments
Commissions for agents and branch offices are calculated based on the number of successful enrollments or bookings facilitated.
Payments are made on a monthly or quarterly basis as agreed upon in the contract.
9. Affiliate Marketing
9.1. Participation in Affiliate Programs
KKR offers affiliate marketing opportunities where individuals or companies can promote our services and earn commissions based on referrals.
Affiliates must register through our platform and adhere to our marketing guidelines.
9.2. Tracking and Commissions
Referrals are tracked through unique affiliate links. Commissions are paid for verified enrollments, bookings, or completed transactions.
9.3. Payouts
Payouts are made on a monthly basis, and affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold as specified in the affiliate agreement.
10. Refund Policy
10.1. Education Programs
Online Study: Refunds are available within 14 days of course commencement, minus any administrative fees.
Study Abroad: Refunds are available if the program is canceled before the visa process begins. Once the visa process starts, refunds may be limited based on costs incurred.
10.2. Tour Services
Deposits are non-refundable. Full refunds are available if cancellations are made more than 60 days before the tour start date. Partial refunds are available for cancellations made 30-59 days before the tour date. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the tour start date.
11. Cancellation Policy
11.1. Education Services
You may cancel your enrollment in an educational program by notifying us in writing. Refunds will be processed based on the timing of the cancellation, as per enrolled institute & our Refund Policy.
11.2. Tour Services
Tour cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the time of cancellation relative to the tour start date, as outlined in Section 10.2.
12. Liability and Disclaimers
KKR is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We are not responsible for travel disruptions, visa rejections, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
13. Governing Law
For Bangladesh: "These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh."
For the UK: "These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales."
For the EU: "These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state of France. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
